AI prioritization
Find the emails that actually need you.
Most mail does not need you. Prioritization finds the part that does: Bertram reads the emails in view and classifies each as high, medium, or low priority, marking every row with a colored dot — red for high, gold for medium, green for low.
Running it
Press p in the inbox, or use the Prioritize button in the toolbar. Classification takes a few seconds and applies to the mail currently in view.
What the model weighs
Substance over sender: whether the message asks something of you, whether it is time-sensitive, whether it reads like a real person or an automated notice. A direct question from a colleague about a deadline ranks higher than a promotional digest.
Where priority shows up elsewhere
- The daily briefing leads with your highest-priority unread mail under "Worth your attention".
- With Slack connected and the toggle on, high-priority findings arrive as a Slack DM.
A guide, not a verdict
Priority is a triage aid, not a rule. Open, answer, or archive anything regardless of the dot it got.
