Follow-up tracking

You wrote, they didn't. The follow-up tracker — the Waiting on tab in Todos — keeps a list of sent threads still awaiting a reply, so nothing quietly dies in your Sent folder.

Finding them

Choose Scan sent mail. Bertram looks through what you have sent for threads where the last word is yours and enough time has passed, and lists each with the recipient, the subject, and how long you have been waiting. A week or more turns the wait red.

Nudging

Nudge has Bertram write a short, polite follow-up — referencing the original thread, sized to the wait. Add an instruction if you like ("mention the Friday deadline"), edit the result, and Save to Drafts. Bertram drafts the nudge; sending it is your move.

Everything else

• Snooze — quiet a thread for 2 days, a week, or two weeks.
• They replied — mark it resolved.
• Dismiss — stop tracking it altogether.
