Getting help

Where to go when something is wrong or missing.

If Bertram is not behaving the way you expect, or you want something it does not yet do, there is a clear path for each case.

The right channel

  • General questionsSupport is the front door, with a FAQ covering the common ones and links to everything below.
  • Something is broken — file a bug report. The form asks for a short summary, what happened (steps to reproduce, what you expected, what you got), and how severe it feels. The more specific, the faster the fix.
  • Something is missing — submit a feature request: what you would like Bertram to do and how much it matters to you. We genuinely read these, and they shape what gets built.

When reporting a problem, a few details go a long way: which account it happened on, roughly when, and what you were doing at the time. That context turns a vague report into something we can act on.

Privacy first
You never need to paste full email contents to get help. Describe the behavior — we can usually take it from there. For how your data is handled, see Privacy & data.
