Tour of the dashboard
Where everything lives once you're signed in.
The dashboard is one sidebar and one work area. The sidebar is grouped into three sections, top to bottom.
Core
- Inbox — your mail, live from the provider, with an unread count.
- Favorites — everything you have starred.
- Drafts — messages in progress, including drafts Bertram wrote for you.
- Sent — what has gone out.
- Meetings — a full calendar over your connected Google or Outlook account.
Assistant
- Briefing — a written morning summary of your day.
- Todos — your task list, plus the follow-up tracker under its Waiting on tab.
- Contacts — the people in your mail, with history and notes.
Management
- Archive, Spam, and Bin — the folders you file into and (mostly) never visit.
At the bottom: Settings, these docs, and Support. At the top: the account switcher and the New email button.
Settings
Settings holds three things: Appearance (light, dark, or follow your system), Integrations (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion), and your Profile — name, email, and sign-in details.
Move faster
Every page here has a shortcut: g then i for the inbox, g then m for meetings, g then b for the briefing. The full map is under Keyboard shortcuts.
